Victorian Public Service. Covers general VPS staff across all Victorian state government departments — approximately 50,000+ employees. Uses VPS Grade 1-7 classification structure with Value Ranges. Rates effective from 1 July 2025.

Minimum pay rates

Full-time pay runs from $730.00 per week ($19.21 per hour) at the entry level up to $3,201.00 per week at the top, across 13 classifications. A few examples:
