VMCH Aged Care Services Agreement 2025 covers Villa Maria Catholic Homes' Victorian aged-care workforce (residential aged care + community/in-home care). 80 classifications across 4 streams: Aged Care Employees General (Levels 1-7), Aged Care Employees Direct Care (L3 Direct Carer, L4 Qualified Cert III, L6 Specialist, L7 Team Leader), Registered Nurses (L1 Y1-Y9, L2 Y1-Y2, L3 5 bed bands, L4 3 bed bands), and Enrolled Nurses (PP1-PP6). Rates from Schedule C 'FFPP 1 Nov 2025' column. Indexation: +X% on 1 November 2026/2027/2028 (and 1 Oct 2025 Aged Care Worker Variation already applied to Direct Care/RN/EN streams).
