The agreement was approved by the Fair Work Commission and sets the minimum pay for the staff it covers. VIP Packaging Brendale Agreement 2025 covers production, maintenance, tool room, warehouse and PET 12-hr shift workers at VIP Plastic Packaging's Brendale Qld plant (250 South Pine Rd). 14 classifications across two streams: 8 hourly C-band (C13-C6) and 6 PET annualised (C13-C8). Rates from Appendix 5 '1-Jul-25' column (4% + 2.5% productivity, current floor). Indexation: +4% on FFPP after 1 July 2026, +4% after 1 July 2027. 38-hr week M-F 6am-6pm. Shift loadings: Day 0%, Afternoon 15%, Night Rotating 25%, Night Permanent 30%.

Full-time pay runs from $1,150.64 per week ($30.28 per hour) at the entry level up to $2,164.36 per week at the top, across 14 classifications. A few examples:
