Who this agreement covers

Viva Energy's Aerodrome Operators (Aircraft Refuellers) at Brisbane Airport. 2 grades (Trainee Aerodrome Operator at 95% during a 6-month training period, then Aerodrome Operator at the full rate). Base wage in clause 7.1 is the floor; shift premiums in clause 5.5 are mutually exclusive (one shift gets one premium): 10% day baseline (NOT encoded - would stack incorrectly with Sat/Sun in the engine), 20% permanent afternoon, 30% permanent night, 50% Saturday, 100% Sunday. Public holidays per clause 7.7: FT/PT paid at MAX(2x CHR, 3x base) so encoded conservatively at 3x base; casual paid at 275% base (verified from page 29 worked example $99.32 = $36.12 + $9.03 casual loading + $54.18 PH premium).

Minimum pay rates
