Vos Construction and Joinery's Northern Tasmania construction workforce under a CFMEU enterprise agreement. 12 classifications across NCW1-NCW3 wage levels with three Performance Development Review (PDR) sub-tiers each (Solid / Strong / Key/High) per cl 12.5, plus a 5-step apprentice ladder (Year 1, 2, 3, 4 and Year 4+ Strong). Trade roles (NCW3-T): Carpenter, Bricklayer, Plasterer, Painter, Tile Layer, Carpet Layer. Non-trade roles (NCW3-NT, NCW2, NCW1): builder's labourers, scaffolders, steel-fixers, riggers/dogmen, concrete crew, formwork strippers, demolition labourers, plant operators (other than NSW).

Full-time pay runs from $668.42 per week ($17.59 per hour) at the entry level up to $1,448.94 per week at the top, across 17 classifications. A few examples:
