Holiday Park (caravan) employees added to penalty coverage per FWC undertaking. Trainees +$5/wk over VIC Local Gov Award rate. Indexation +3.5% 1 Jul 2026.

Minimum pay rates

Full-time pay runs from $1,201.56 per week ($31.62 per hour) at the entry level up to $2,535.36 per week at the top, across 21 classifications. A few examples:
