Wesbeam Pty Ltd & CFMEU Enterprise Agreement (Victorian Operations) 2025 - 2028 covers employees engaged in the Schedule A classification structure at Wesbeam's Dandenong site (35 Green Road, Dandenong VIC 3175), a Laminated Veneer Lumber (LVL) distribution facility (cl 6.4). Seven competency-based pay points across Production, Despatch and Yard Departments: Level 1 (entry non-forklift, wrap & strap, drop saw) through Level 7 (high-level all-departments, by Operations Manager appointment only). Forklift entry at Level 3.

Minimum pay rates

Full-time pay runs from $1,055.26 per week ($27.77 per hour) at the entry level up to $1,296.94 per week at the top, across 7 classifications. A few examples:
