Who this agreement covers

Winc Australia warehouse employees at the NSW National Distribution Centre in Erskine Park and any other NSW distribution centre locations operated by Winc. Three-tier classification structure (Level 1 entry, Level 2 after six months, Level 3 Team Leader/Trainer). 37.5 ordinary hours per week Mon-Fri. Shift allowances apply for Early Morning, Afternoon and Evening shifts. Casual loading 25%. Bargaining agent: United Workers Union (NSW Branch). Storage Services and Wholesale Award 2020 is the reference modern award.

Minimum pay rates

Full-time pay runs from $1,015.50 per week ($27.08 per hour) at the entry level up to $1,434.38 per week at the top, across 3 classifications. A few examples:
