Wood Australia site-specific mechanical-maintenance agreement covering contracted maintenance and miscellaneous work (incl. Shutdowns/Turnarounds and T&I) at the Ampol Lytton Refinery, South Street, Lytton QLD. 8-level classification structure: Band A-D (non-trade) and C10/C8/C7/C6 (trade). C9-competent employees paid at C8 rate. 35 hr ordinary week (NON-STANDARD). 25% casual loading. Substitutional shift penalty model: Sat ord T1.5, Sun ord T2.0, PH ord T2.5. OT M-Sat 1.5/2.0; Sun OT 2.0; PH OT T2.5 first 7.8 hr then T3.0 (or flat T2.5 if scheduled Shutdown/T&I).

Full-time pay runs from $1,699.25 per week ($48.55 per hour) at the entry level up to $2,245.25 per week at the top, across 8 classifications. A few examples:
