Covers: - Woolworths 360 (Western Australia) refrigeration - air conditioning Service - Install Technicians Service stream uses annualised rates (includes pre-paid overtime, travel allowance, leave loading); Install stream uses base rates. Rates from 1 October 2025. Rates (stale-rates batch 13, 8 Oct 2026): the 'First Full Pay Period on or after 1 October 2025' column applies from the operative date 15 December 2025 and the 1 October 2026 column (Service +2.79%, Install and apprentices +3.5%) from the first full pay period on or after 1 October 2026 (Schedule A.1, B.2, Appendix A).

Full-time pay runs from $836.38 per week ($22.01 per hour) at the entry level up to $2,453.66 per week at the top, across 12 classifications. A few examples:
