Covers Woolworths 360 (Western Australia) refrigeration and air conditioning Service and Install Technicians. Service stream uses annualised rates (includes pre-paid overtime, travel allowance, leave loading); Install stream uses base rates. Rates from 1 October 2025.

Minimum pay rates

Full-time pay runs from $1,598.28 per week ($42.06 per hour) at the entry level up to $2,370.82 per week at the top, across 7 classifications. A few examples:
